Under the warm sunshine of February with the beautiful streetscape where are full of new green leaves, the colors of blooming Dork Champa and various lifestyles that we can find along the roads make our walking along the Vientiane Municipality full of enjoyment and fulfill of life power from the nature. If someone has no experiences walking on the streets where are blooming Sakura in Kyoto, the feeling of walking on the streets where are full of blooming white Dork Champa can be replaced
Many roads are improved and newly constructed, physical infrastructures are constructed, trees and flower trees are planted after implementation of Vientiane Master Plan which Vientiane Urban Development Administration Authority is in charge of implementing with the state's budget and some from society. The planted flower threes mainly are Dork Champa (Frangipani), Dork Khoun( Cassia fistula), Dork Kakalao (Lagerstroemias) and Dork Fang Deng (Delonix Regia Rafinesque) which they all have long stories connect with Lao livingstyles and tradition.
